Dear People of the First United Methodist Church - Please Help - 01/23/2012 If you are not aware that your church leaders are spending the money you donate to the church to harrass a mother of two school age children out of her home and this is somehow justified by your church leaders in the name of god, this website is here to let the public know the truth. We need the help of the good people that attend and support the church to stand up and tell your church leaders that putting a family out of their home will not be stood for and it is time to do the right thing for the Hillman family. The harrassment continues with a fence installed 2 inches from the property line put up with the structure side facing the wrong way against Howard County zoning ordinances and the spraying of poisonious chemicals directly onto our property killing our lawn along the fence line.  We demand the fence either be removed or fixed so it complies with local zoning laws. I was taught to stand up for myself and not all people in the church are what they seem to be, read the news, there are evil people that use churches for personal profit. The howard county zoning board has confirmed that the fence must be installed with the finished side facing the neighbor. They put this one up against that rule and just far enough from the property line that we could never connect to it just to be vindictive.     This problem started with a church trustee verbally abusing me in front of my kids. Then there is the lie they did not know our septic was there and we knew when we bought the house. First, that is just an insult to our intelligence because we never would have bought the house if we did. Second, we found out our septic was on their land by overhearing Bryan Kirkpatrick and Max Kingseed discussing it's removal on our security cameras when they thought no one was listening.  These are not the actions of any church acting in good faith and they should already know " You reap what you sow ". This website was put up over a year ago when the farmers that represent the church tined up a good section of our land and never repaired their damage. There are plenty of pictures showing we are telling the truth, when we were trying to work with these farmers, we were dealing with our neighbors the Williams over their septic running through a field tile right past my well drop. The Williams called Bryan Kirkpatrick who came over. At this point, the bullying by Bryan Kirkpatrick began. When I told him this was too close to my well drop, his exact words were " You Know, I think we have been pretty God damed good to you " while putting his finger in my face on my property. This septic problem was none of his business and yet he tried to bully me and verbally attacked me with foul language in front of my small children on my property, now what would you have done ? You can see the damage in the photo below and we are having to repair the damage ourselves. Their so called repair after they tined left it 6 inches lower than it was as they dragged my topsoil onto their property and left a pit. Our current repairs with a shovel and wheelbarrow    Latest Threat from the churches lawyer telling us they will be ripping out our septic system is below although they could not get God to sign it. The only things they had done for us were tined up a good section of our yard and drained our small backyard pond so at this point, I was not in any mood to hear about how good they had been to me so I stood up to Bryan Kirkpatrick. Soon after, we got a letter from their lawyer with a no trespass order and Stan Johnson came over and tricked me into removing this website by telling me we had 5 years before the church ripped out our septic system so I figured we would be ok. They lied, they are now trying to hurry and tear out our septic system and we will lose our home with no money saved to have a new one installed. Their lawyer even had the gall to send a letter saying we knew the septic was not on our property when we bought the house and they just found out. This is more lies because we found out when we heard Max Kingseed and Bryan Kirkpatrick over our security cameras talking about ripping out a septic to put up a road, we had no idea our septic was on church property and they already did. I do not believe the good people of this church even know about their actions, they have spent enough of your money on lawyers and fencing that they could have reloacted our septic and done the right thing. My only mistake was standing up to a bully like Bryan Kirkpatrick and allowing Stan Johnson trick me into not telling the good people of the church their plans and actions and how your donations are being used to tear a family apart instead of doing the right thing which those farmers promised when this thing first started before I stood up for myself. Please read the story below, we will be updating this site with more pics and more proof of actual incidents of harrasment, property damage and some amazing video. We also know that they used church money to inquire with a lawyer to force me to remove this website but it is the truth and we still have the freedom of speech in this country so he told them he could not. The best defense to libel and slander is to prove you are telling the truth and that is something this website does and will continue to do. Many of you know us and your kids go to school with ours, please do not allow these people to tear our family apart over their pride and desire for a million dollar church building on 27 acres. Please tell your church leaders to do the right thing. Thank You, The Hillman Family NOTE - The Williams have repaired their septic as the health department required. The Story in Pictures   Not one time did the church approach us, they never asked us anything and the FIRST contact from the Church was a Lawyer ! Ok, I was at least smart enough to take pictures in case you don't think a church and the greedy farmers behind it would do this ! This is a sad story complete with pictures as the events unfolded for proof as we seek compensation for ALL of our damages ! The Story Begins Our New House Okay, let me start at the begining of this nightmare. My wife and I, both disabled veterans, Myself with PTSD and my wife was diagnosed with MS in 2008 at the age of 34. I was forced to retire from Chrysler due to my medical condition. With my lump sum I got after retirement, We decided to purchase a house and we looked at several in the area. We found one by luck that fit our needs and took the last money from my lump sum and put 1/2 the purchase price as the down payment so we would have a low monthly payment. Our dream house finally was ours. We owned a 4 bedroom 2 bath 1605 sq ft mobile home that had been gutted and made like new to sell. God was watching over us. I was working on packing and preparing for the move in one room and my wife was in the shower in another. When she got out and came to see what I was doing, i looked up at her and said " You know what we should do with this home ? " She looked right at me and said " We should give it to the couple down the street from us. You see, we had met a couple a little while before, a young couple with several children. A hard working mom and a dad that can't find work. A mom who has been diagnosed with MS, Brain Tumors and has already lost a child to a rare disease which her son also has it. Not to mention her teenage son from a father that is not in his life. A mom who had 9 relatives die within a two month period including a brother in a bad car accident on his way to see her. I said to my wife " That was exactly what I was thinking " So after installing a new stacked washer and dryer unit, we gave it to them title and all along with the $3000.00 shed I had just finished. We paid the years taxes and a month's lot rent at the trailer we gave them and the one they already were living in. God told us both to do it so we did. Good things should await us at our new dream house right. we have a beautiful pond full of wildlife and I cleared the 5 foot tall weeds on all the back property, roofed one of the pole barns, repaired the gutters and stopped the water from flooding one of the pole barns. I ran new electric to the other pole barn and spent thousands fixing it up. The Nightmare Begins I was taking care of some flooding by adding storm drains and found an 8 inch county tile with good flow. The farmer that takes care of the land for the church that owns the land had massive water standing in the field. He told me if I found an 8 inch county tile to let him know. I ran all the tile on my property and an overflow for our pond and did find the 8 inch county tile. I called the farmer and he was delighted. He came in with a million dollars of equipment and tiled the whole 27 acres behind my property to take care of his problem in the farm field. Farmer Running 30 Acres of 10" Tile to an 8" Tile and where the pesticides now go, Makes you thirsty huh ? This land beside our house was sold and changed from a right of way to a patch of land without a council reading and it contains 80% of my septic system that is physically connected to my house. They plan to rip out my septic and put in a road to their planned Mega Church Complex and leave me high and dry. I assume so they can call their buddies in the county surveyors office and have our house condemed so the church can snap it up for nothing. The land has two pole barns big enough to run their Mega Church Bus Rectory or maintenence garage. I was told by the farmer Bryan Kirkpatrick and someone that came and planted grass seed where they ruined my yard that if they had to do anything to my septic, the church would replace it or fix it, I knew they had no athuroity to speak for the church and they LIED. Our septic on the land they want to rip out. He also helped out our neighbors by adding tile to his 5 acres and connecting it to his tile. That one he decided to run by my pond at a level that drained it telling me after it was done that I was going to lose the water in my pond. After I laid tile on their property to help them and found the tile for them and spread my dirt on their low spot, that is how they pay me back. And take credit for getting rid of my water problem when I ran all the tile and his people mooched my last section of 4" tile to tie my 3 tiles into the one they ran from the field. I had to buy more to finish my drain. Millions for the Super Mega Church but no 4" tile for the guy that found the drain for them huh ? Our Beautiful Pond Before and After Our pond was full of life with at least 1 Turtle and 3 different species of frogs as well as American Toads. Maybe they don't think this is important in their quest for money as they steamroll over anybody to get their New Mega Church built on the land behind us but I bet this bunch of God's little creatures, many of which died did not. We watched last season as they laid eggs and they grew from tadpoles into thousands of little baby toads and frogs and bigger. I ran my pump 24/7 for 6 weeks trying to keep them alive until they could leave. We were sure to explain about the greed of the church and the farmers and how they killed our pond and all the animals that stayed. A tough lesson for our boys especially after Bryan Kirkpatrick put his finger in my face and yelled at me in front of my children all because I wanted the sewage tile removed, telling me how good they had been to me. That was enough for me so I put that little man in his place in front of the Scott Williams so ask him about it. Bryan tried to hide behind him he was so scared someone stood up to him. My 6 year old was especially terrified and now has a fear of the man that killed the pond and is scared we will have to move, fears no 6 year old should have. I have assured him that daddy will do his job and protect him from Bryan Kirkpatrick and Scott and Kelly William's waste dumping. Our Pond Before and as it died You can clearly see I had a nice yard behind my pole barn until they decided they would try to take more land and thought we were to stupid to know or they just did not care. Funny how people with money hiding behind a "church" think they can do anything they want to anybody. This from a man that has accepted over 1 million dollars in cash from the taxpayers in subsidies alone not to mention all the "tax write offs" for adding tile to his friends yards and house drains as he does work for the "Church". In my opinion as a taxpayer that has worked 30 plus years of my 46, the so called "Church" and this government welfare farmer could use a nice visit from the good old audit boys from the IRS. Our Yard Before and After The next thing they did was drilled beans in a 15' by 100' section of my yard that had never been planted before. I was nice enough to let them keep them there and harvest them and they said they would fix the ground next season. The farmer told me he would buy a pond liner for our pond but I believe that was so I would not mow over the beans. Now they have not only cost me money, they have made money off of my property and never so much as offered me a penny. They did finally bring a pond liner 10 foot shorter than I gave them measurements for but I can't use it without spending money and adding to it for the waterfall. He called my wife and asked her if a smaller one would be ok because he is a cheap little man that does not keep his word and I assume cares only about his little flock. Growing Soybeans on MY Property We talked and they told me it would not happen again but they just ran the tines and came over another 2' farther into my yard. when I stopped the guy running the tractor and told him he just ruined a large section of my yard he told me he did not know and I should have had stakes out. My opinion is that these people should know what is theirs because I know what is mine. That is their responsibility even though I have flagged it for them many times. Our kids had one little strip beside the hill in our yard to ride their snowmobile, now they have taken that away from them, leave no one unscrewed. Yard Brfore and Yard After Scott and Kelly Williams who just happens to be the secratary for the church live on the other side of us. Two years ago, I asked them to quit dumping their sewage into a field tile running past my well. They promised they would fix it but they then put up a fence thinking we would just live with it. Their farmer buddy that tiled their yard and the field for the church promised he would fix this, he lied. He gave me some line about how there was no way it could get into my well, it was impossible, again thinking I am stupid. He even called Ortman Drilling and asked about it so there is proof they knew there was sewage running through the tile close to my well. Well, I warned them this could happen because I am not stupid and know more about tiles than just using them to drain water off of my property. It can and did get into my well, sewage in my well where my kids get their water, bathe and get their dishes washed. Neighbors Dumping Sewage in my Well ! Now we live not being able to drink the water and I have had to repair my well and keep it dug up with a pump in it to keep the constant flow of sewage water from rising and seeping into my well. The Howard County Health Department got their samples from the tile and our well and the process of tessting them has begun., I will call the EPA and the State as well because my yard is impacted with sewage all the way from the property line to almost the other property line. Neighbors Dug Up Illegal Hookup and Unhooked it to Pass Inspection I see where there has been digging by the neighbors septic and can only assume they have unhooked from the tile to pass the dye test but I pointed that out to the inspectors who I am sure will not be fooled. The PROOF of the tampering with evidence to avoid prosecution, They have dug up their illegal sewage hookup and unhooked it trying to avoid the coming lawsuit for damages. You can see they dug up from their house to their septic trying to fool the health inspectors and not have to pay for the damage they caused but I will demand a full investigation as is my right under the law. We know where real good neighbors are, the internet community always comes through for us. Proof of the Evidence Tampering I have been nice for two years and now these petty people will start owning their problems and the world will know what kind of people they are. So Brian kirkpatrick, Scott and Kelly Williams, and the First United Methodist Church of Greentown can understand one thing, Your sewage will stop and we will make that either our land or it will be only a right of way for farm tractors again. Keeping Sewage / Grey Water Out of my Well ! They have tried to hide their illegal hookup and not get busted but it is too late, if any digging is started, I have been instructed to call the health inspector on his cell phone and he will come out and stop any work until their investigation is finished. BUSTED !!! Letter from Thomas J.Trauring - Attorney at Law, the church's attorney. The Latest in the Saga of the Evil Church, Greedy Farmers and Illegal Sewage Dumpers and now a Lawyer. What has been foretold on this site is now coming to pass, today we woke up to the neighbors using equipment to try to tile their septic out to the tile on their property that runs across the church's property, You know, the one that drained our pond. That way they can leach their sewage into the back of our property. We also got a letter from the church's lawyer threatening everything I predicted on this site all under the guise of trying to pretend to be a good neighbor. We have done the legwork on all aspects of the right of way, the split, 2 years of property damage and not being able to use our land. I wont take the time to address it here, but I bet the one they get from my lawyer will come registered with an injunction until this is addressed by the howard county council and my state legislators. These people are lying, they hooked it up and now are frantacly trying to avoid the lawsuit for damages to our soil and well. Proof - They Dyed the Pipes and Guess What - But their Efforts to hide it and lie about it was like that when they bought it will not stand because the previous owners from two sales ago have been contacted and confirmed the SEPTIC DID NOT FUNCTION ! Dye Testing Confirms where our soil and well damage originated at Scott and Kelly Williams House. The health dept is on to the stories about new septic bids and some story about searching for the closest field drain as they attempted to make another illegal hookup. The DNR and EPA have been notified as well as the health department as well as my state legislators so just Deny and Lie some more. That is what the courts are for, both sides of the story. These people have lied from the begining, Damaged my property, Terrorized my Children and now are lying again about trying to be "Good Neighbors" while threatening to make my house worthless. Campaigns will be started at every level to make sure no dangerous church busses roar through my side yard or down this county road. We will now rally environmental groups about the pesticides being dumped from the church's land into John Smith Creek which pollutes the Kokomo Reservoir which if you drive over the bridge in greentown, it looks twice as bad as last year with no end in sight. We will start a petition drive and purchase advertising to get the word out, Billboards, Newspaper Ads, Press Releases, Say no to a Mega Church in your Neighborhood. We will petition our Local, State and Federal Legislators, Enviornmental Groups and Local Residents to help stop it. A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words
